Observed employee enter kitchen after being in dining area handling other things and immediately on gloves and begin working with food. CA: Ensure all employees properly wash hands and change gloves when switching tasks, food items, and when entering kitchen.

CA: Ensure that ServSafe is completed, passed, and Certified Food Protection Manager is acquired within 2 months, or a notice of violation will be written. Observed no managment, shift lead, or PIC able to produce or be aware of the Employee Health Agreements. Ca: Ensure PIC is aware of and understand Employee Health Agreements and can produce them.
