observed dessert cooler at 50 degrees. thermometer reading 38. only strawberries, juice and cream in the cooler. moved. may just be the top not working
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
no purses or keys allowed in prep or kitchen areas.
