Observed inspection report not posted. CA: Keep health inspection report posted within 5 ft to 7 ft off floor at primary location for consumers to see.

Observed no test strips on site. CA: Must have test strips to ensure sanitizer water is at right levels to properly clean dishes/surfaces.
