Observed debris built-up on the inside of the ice machine on both side walls and top wall. CA: Clean routinely, increase frequency if needed.

Observed employee cleaning tables, seats, and trash can top surface with paper towels and windex. CA: If using a sani bucket (chlorine and water mix) will need to submerge cloth towel in solution before wiping table to clean properly. If using spray or disinfectant to clean tables and surfaces, if must be a disinfectant that is EPA approved but cannot be windex.
