Observed sliced sandwich meat held 3 weeks past date on bag dated March 6th and March 11th. Date products once taken out of original packaging with opening date and discard date 7 days after opening date. Food discarded.

Observed heavily soiled walk in cooler shelving. Need to deep clean shelving.
