Hand wash sink was found blocked with large dish with raw foods. When dish was moved, no paper towels were available at the the sink. CA: Only wash hands in handwash sink. Keep hand wash sink supplied. Employees must wash hands before beginning work in food prep.

Lettuce and tomato in reach-in cooler not dated. CA: Date mark TCS foods

Freezer that has "reddy ice " on it is leaking water and is building up frozen condensate. Potential contaminant. CA: Fix cooler, prevent potential contamination.

At front bar, floor drain is stopped up. No foul odor observed, other plumbing was found working properly, CA: Have plumber fix floor drain.
