1-2B - certified food protection manager
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(3)(a) - food safety manager certification (pf)
Firm has no CFSM on file. Please obtain proper certified food safety managers course within 60 days or permit can be suspended. Most places ger servsafe managers certification. School will be out before the 60 day CFSM follow-up. CFSM must be obtained before start of school next year to serve food.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
No paper towels at only hand wash sink. Keep sink supplied at all times.
