Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed several items (whipped cream, cream cheese, and vanilla dairy base) in the reach-in cooler located under the counter in the front food service (FFS) drink prep area held above 41F.
C/A: cold time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food shall be maintained at 41°F or below
COS: items discarded.
NOTE: In-unit ambient thermometer observed at 49F. PIC put in a work order for this unit during inspection.
