Observed raw chicken wings and can of tomato sauce stored uncovered in the bottom of the prep top cooler in the main kitchen. C/A: Food should be stored covered in order to prevent from contamination.

Observed 3 bags of cooked chicken in the bottom of the prep top cooler; pic stated chicken was made a couple of days ago.
