Observed no gas-fired equipment inspection. It was not provided as evidence of inspection completed. Advised PIC that the inspection shall be provided upon request

Observed the following violations: Stains on pillows, holes in linens, and stains on mattresses in the following rooms 406, 409, 407, 509, and 410. Advised PIC that beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows and bed coverings shall be clean

Observed dust accumulation on bathroom vent units for rooms: 406, 407, 408, 314, 301, 300. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed interior food contact portions of ice machine with stains and residues. Advised PIC maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed annual gas-fired equipment inspection report on file expired dated: 7-6-22. All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority

Observed rusting inside of microwave for rooms: 301, 302, 300, 312, 408. Observed stains on draperies for rooms: 101, 312, 202. Observed stains on door for room: 101. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed holes in comforter for rooms: 101, 103, 408 (mattress cover), 407 (debris on mattress), 202. Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed rusting showerheads for rooms: 301, 315. Observed dust accumulation on bathroom vent units for rooms: 301, 302, 101, 103, 312, 315, 408, 407, 202. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed mold like substance in shower heads in rooms (401, 402, 317). Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean and maintained at all times

Observed chemical spray bottles on housekeeping carts and in laundry rooms without labels. Advised PIC to ensure all chemicals shall be labeled at all times

Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good conditional at all times

Observed staining on mattress, mattress covers, and bed linens in rooms 205, 102, 401, 402, 200, 206, 106, and 316. Advised PIC that all mattresses, bed linens, and mattress covers shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed staining on towels in bathroom in room 205; observed accumulation of dust/debris on bathroom vent in rooms 200, 101, 106, and 316; observed minor rusting on showerhead in room 316. Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean and maintained at all times

Observed multiple boxes/bundles of pillows, bed linens, and towels stored on floor in storage area. Advised PIC that all towels, pillows. and bed linens shall be stored at least 6 inches off of the floor in order to protect agains contamination
