Observed no soap at handsink. Advised PIC handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS: Had PIC place soap at handsink.

Observed no paper towels at handsink. Advised PIC each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: individual, disposable towels. COS: Had PIC place papertowels at handsink.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single-service spoons and fork not inverted, stored protected in main serving area. Advised PIC single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: covered or inverted.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(h) - dressing areas and lockers, designated and provided (c)
Observed employee personal bag on top of warmer unit in main kitchen. Advised PIC lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. COS: PIC relocated personal bag to employee designated area.
