Observed rusting in microwave for room: 203 and 211. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair

Observed 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor multiple entry doors on the exterior facing hallway with paint chipping/paint peeling. Advised PIC all walkways, porches, and hallways shall be maintained in good repair. Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises

Observed no inspection report posted in visible view. Advised PIC the most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean

Observed multiple ice machine on all floors with pink-mold like residue and/or staining and debris on interior food contact surface. Advised PIC existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
