Observed TCS foods (cooked chicken, noodles, potato salad) held over 24 hrs with no date marking. Advised to date mark.

Observed raw ribs being prepped in the produce sink. Advised sink is a designated produce sink unless all produce is purchased pre-washed / pre-cut.
