Observed fencing along tennis court lined with pool with openings greater than four inch diameter. Advised CPO openings in the barrier shall not allow passage of a four inch diameter sphere.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.

Observed no universal no diving marker and "NO DIVING" marker missing at multiple depth markers throughout pool. Advised PIC the words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers in subsections (3)(a) thru (h) above.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(3)(h) - (h) depth markers number and letters shall be tile and four inches minimum in height. numbers shall be of contrasting color to the background on which they are applied.
Observed depth markers spray painted on deck. Inside pool on pool wall, depth markers and no diving were tile. Need no diving and depth markers by means of tiling or applique and shall have number and letters at a minimum of four inches and contrasting color on decking. Universal no diving tile was present, but advised needed no diving in tile or applique in 4-inch high lettering and depth markers as described above by next inspection.
