Observed no verifiable manner that employees were informed of their responsibility to report symptoms/illnesses to management. Advised PIC to have employees review employee health policy & sign once reviewed.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Advised to obtain a sign and post at the sink.
