Observed container of raw beef stored with cooked steak and cooked vegetables at grill prep reach in cooler. COS: PIC moved with proper separation. CA: Properly store food items according to final cook temperature.

Observed jug of milk with expiration date of February 18th in rear reach in cooler. COS: PIC discarded. CA: Do not use products past expiration date.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed scoops with handles down in container of peppers and sugar at front grill prep area. COS: PIC moved scoops. CA: Properly store utensils between use.

Observed employee jacket stored on top of flour container in rear dry storage. Also observed employee make up and tooth brush stored in bag next to single use spoons, lids, and cups in rear dry storage. COS: PIC moved items to designated area. CA: Properly store employee personal items to prevent cross contamination.
