Observed multiple packs of sliced turkey ham thawing in stagnant water at the food prep sink. Advised PIC time/temperature control for safety food shall be thawed under refrigeration that maintains the food temperature at 41 degrees or less or completely submerged under running water at a water temperature of 70 degrees or below. COS- PIC turned on cold water
