Regulation: 511-3-5-.10(7) - (7) the vacuum line shall be protected with a self-closing, self-latching fitting that complies with the current iampo sps 4- special use suction fitting for swimming pools, spas and hot tubs.
Observed vacuum line not protected. Advised to cap off
Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.

Regulation: .17((1)(c) - proper disinfectant level
Observed chemical for chlorine reading at 0 ppm. Advised PIC/CPO that the chemical for chlorine shall read between 2-10 ppm Cl. Advised PIC/CPO to increase chlorine level to at least 2.0 ppm Cl.
Observed depth and no diving markers spray painted on pool deck. Advised PIC/CPO that depth markers and no diving tiling shall be permanently installed with numbers and letters at a minimum of 4 inches high and in contrasting color. Advised PIC/CPO to install permanent no diving and depth marker to deck.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.
Observed pool capacity sign located near the entrance of the pool. Advised PIC/CPO that a theoretical peak occupancy sign shall be installed near the entrance of the pool. Advised CPO/PIC to obtain pool occupancy sign and post near the entrance of the pool.

Observed inadequate no lifeguard on duty signage installed on the pool deck. Advised PIC/CPO that a sign stating NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY RISK OF DROWNING SUPERVISE CHILDREN CLOSELY shall be posted in 4-inch lettering legible in clear view. Advised PIC/CPO to obtain correct signage and to post within the pool enclosure.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(11)(a) - (11) barriers. all outdoor swimming pools and spas shall be enclosed by a barrier to prevent entry to the pool area when the pool is closed. (a) the top of the barrier shall be at least forty eight inches above grade maesured on the side of the bar
Observed outer barrier of the pool fencing less than 8 inches. Advised PIC/CPO that barrier height shall be at least 48 inches above grade measured from the outside barrier.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(10)(b) - (b) a minimum one-fourth inch diameter throwing rope one and one-half times the maximum width of the pool or fifty feet in length, whichever is less, to which has been firmly attached a ring buoy with an outside diameter of approximately fifteen inch
Upon arrival, observed ring buoy's rope not attached and tangled. Advised CPO that a rink buoy shall have a minimum 1/4 " diameter throwing rope attached. COS: CPO untangled and attached rope to ring buoy and placed on deck.

Observed inadequate pool risk sign posted on pool deck. Advised CPO that a pool risk sign in 1" lettering shall be posted in clean view.
