Upon arrival, observed "no diving" tile markers not in 4 inch lettering. Advised PIC/CPO that "no diving" tile markers shall be permanently installed at each depth marker in a minimum of 4 inch lettering in contrasting color.

Observed no universal no diving international symbol installed on the pool deck. Advised CPO/PIC that a universal no diving symbol shall be permanently installed at each depth marker.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.
Observed piping in pump room not marked with directional flow arrows. Advised CPO.PIC that all piping shall be properly identified with directional flow arrow.
