Upon arrival, observed the back handwash sink not supplied with paper towels. Advised PIC that all hand sinks shall be supplied with soap and paper towels. COS: PIC supplied hand sink with paper towels.

Upon arrival, observed the back handwash sink not supplied with soap. Advised PIC that all hand sinks shall be supplied with soap at all times. COS: PIC supplied the back handwash sink with soap.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Upon arrival, observed the back hand sink obstructed with multiple metal pans and a plastic pitcher. Advised PIC that all hand sinks shall be maintained so that it is easily accessible at all times. COS: PIC removed multiple metal pans and plastic pitcher from back handwash sink.

Observed expired provisional permit posted during time of inspection. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment Permit shall be posted in public view. Advised PIC to obtain 2025 Food Service Establishment permit.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Observed front service reach in cooler in disrepair (not in use) with an ambient temperature of 75 degrees F. Advised PIC that ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have unit serviced.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed light fixture in disrepair in the walk-in freezer. Advised PIC the light intensity shall be at least 50-foot candles (540 lux) at a surface where food service employees are working with food. Advised PIC to have lighting in the walk-in freezer repaired.
