Observed the back hand sink in the main kitchen not supplied with paper twles. All hand sinks shall be supplied with paper towels. Stated to PIC to supply the back hand sink in the main kitchen with paper towels.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed facility without proper disinfectant and procedures in order to respond to vomit/fecal evens. Procedures and approved disinfectant shall be readily available on site in order to respond to vomit/fecal vents. Stated to the PIC to obtain vomit/fecal clean up procedures and EPA's List G disinfectant and maintain on site at all times.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed food contact surface of interior of ice bin lid connected to beverage machine stored with ice with severe black residue at the front-food service area. Equipment Food -contact surfaces of utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination can occur. Stated to PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice bin lid.

Observed multiple sauce bottles and seasoning shakers not labeled with common name. Foods taken out of their original package shall be labeled with its common name in English. Stated to PIC to label all sauce bottles and seasoning shakers

Observed insect control device stored above multiple soda boxes. Devices are not located over clean equipment, utensils, and single-use articles. Stated to PIC to relocate insect control device.
