Observed manager touched phone then opened coffee for preparation. COS: Employee washed hands.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed food debris on the bottom of the prep-top cooler in the main kitchen. CA: Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Upon arrival observed a coffee cup on the prep top counter in the main kitchen next to the hand wash sink. CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink shall be located so that food, equipment are protected from contamination.
