Observed hand sink in the front-food service area blocked by a trashcan. Also observed hand sink at the bar area blocked by a container of whole produce. All hand sinks shall be maintained so that they are easily accessible at all times. PIC removed trash can and container of produce from hand sinks.

Observed insect control device installed directly above the dish machine in the main kitchen. Insect control devices shall be installed so that dead insects and insect fragments are prevented from contact with clean equipment and utensils. Stated to PIC to relocate insect control device.

Upon arrival, observed the Provisional Permit blocked by multiple pizza boxes. A current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public ivew. COS: Food employee removed multiple pizza boxes so that the Provisional Permit is visible to the public.

Observed multiple single-service drink stirrers stored unprotected at the bar area. Single service shall be protected from contamination. Stated to PIC to obtain pre-wrapped drink stirrers or to obtain a dispenser.
