Observed bottom right door kitchen make table damaged and unable to fully close.

Person in charge (PIC) stated that kitchen make table was not holding temperature at or less than 41F and all time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods in unit for less than 4 hours were moved to walk-in cooler (WIC). Technician has already been called. Notify inspector when cooler is able to maintain at or below 41F.
