Observed dairy based ranch cups on ice being cold held above 41°F (contains milk and buttermilk). Temperatures ranged between 58-67°F because ice was not in direct contact will . Ranch must be cold held at 41°F or below unless placed on a 4 hour time as a public health control procedure. COS by moving to walk-in to cool.

Observed grab and go salads in open face reach-in unit (in front of counter) being cold held above 41°F. Temperature of salads in front were 45-46°F while the salads in the back were 39°F. COS by pushing salads to back to help maintain minimum cold holding temperature.
