No certified food manager currently employed at this facility. At least 1 staff member must pass approved certified food manager course and proctored exam within 30days.

Observed onions stored in hand wash sink being prepped. Hand sink is a two compartment sink without splash protection between the two compartments so neither side shall be used for food prep.
Corrective action: Hand sink shall be clear and accessible for use at all times. Do not use these sinks for food prep purposes. Install dedicated food prep sink for vegetable washing.
