16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.
Observed major crack near left side 4' ladder. Observed large patches of pool surface deck that has chipped away throughout deck. Observed pool deck chipped away near 3'6" depth marker. RCA: 511-3-5-.06(1)(a)Decks shall be constructed with a uniform, easily cleaned, slip-resistant surface. Chipped and broken decking can cause a pinch or trip hazard.

Observed severe shipping of pool plaster on steps and throughout pool. Observed staining on the pool surface that could prohibit the cleaning and disinfecting of the pool. RCA: (d) Material Surfaces. All surfaces that come in contact with the user shall be finished so that they do not constitute a cutting, pinching, puncturing or abrasion hazard under casual contact and intended use. All materials shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
