Observed reach-in cooler in main kitchen to be missing the front protective plate. This revealed the filter and electrical equipment within the unit. The filter contained a large amount of build-up that will affect the functionality of the unit. RCA: All equipment shall be in good repair to ensure it functions properly. Repair or replace the unit to maintain temperatures of 41F.
