Observed cleaning chemicals to be stored above prep sink in front food service.
COS: PIC removed chemicals and placed below all equipment and food prep surfaces. CA: All chemicals shall stay away from food items, equipment, linens etc. by storing them with a partition or below any area where food or equipment may become contaminated.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed in-use utensil to be sitting in basin of sink.
COS: PIC removed utensil. Washed, rinsed, sanitized and air-dried before using again. CA: On a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the food preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized at a frequency specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(7)(b) and (8)(a).
