Observed multiple TCS foods above 41F in both front service reach-in coolers.

CA: PIC moved items that had been recently sliced into walk-in cooler (turkey, ham, roast beef, tomatoes) as well as tuna salad that had been just prepared and still within safe time limits. Items that had been left overnight were discarded (potato salad, macaroni salad). PIC shall have coolers repaired and no TCS food shall be held within units unless on an ice bath at 41F or below. All TCS foods shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below.

Follow-up 7/11/23 Observed that TCS foods in both reach-in coolers were now holding temperature at or below 41F.
