Observed build-up on the baffle of the ice machine.
RCA: PIC advised to increase cleaning frequency of the ice machine and shown areas to be cleaned. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed employee backpacks and jackets stored on shelving with deli papers and other food service related items.
RCA: Employee items shall be stored in designated areas away from food service items and preparation surfaces.

Observed a pack of cookies stored on the clean dish rack with dishware.
CA: The cookies were relocated to employee item storage area. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
