Observed no CFSM posted in facility.
RCA: Ensure CFSM is posted in the facility at all times.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed a pan of soapy water and a spatula stored in the front hand sink while the rear hand sink was blocked by a trash can. (COS- PIC removed pan, spatula, and trash can to make hand sinks more accessible.)
RCA: Ensure the hand sinks are accessible at all times and ensure the hand sinks are used for hand washing only.

Observed no hand drying provision supplied in the rear hand sink.
RCA: Ensure all hand sinks are supplied with a hand drying provision at all times.
