Observed hand wash sink behind bar to have no soap readily available. COS: PIC ensured hand wash sink was supplied with soap.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed containers in clean dish rack area to have old date-labels on outside. Observed dishes on bottom shelf in plating area to be turned right-side up and have build-up of fallen food debris. RCA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed containers in clean dish area to be stacked together while still wet. RCA: Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:
- Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food
