Observed staining on mattress in rooms 324 and 220. Observed staining on mattress cover in room 110. Observed hairs on mattress in rooms 426 and 315. Observed hair in between sheets in room 220. RCA: Ensure all beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers are clean and free of debris

Observed ice machines on all 4 floor to have build-up on dispenser of baffle of machine. RCA: Ensure ice machines cleaned often enough to prevent build-up

Observed that last inspection was on display but not easily accessible for the public to view. Inspection located in hallway next to guest check-in desk.

RCA: The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed staining on mattress in room 209. Torn fitted sheet in room 209. Stained mattress in room 209. Torn pillowcase in room 301. Rule: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed staining on pillows and mattresses, as well as other debris (hair and crumbs) in rooms 406, 408, 434, 436, 440. CA/COS: PIC removed affected bed linens and will educate housekeepers on what is "clean" in regards to visible debris or staining

Observed build-up on baffles of ice machines on the 2nd and 4th floors. CA: PIC will get maintenance to clean the ice machines, as well as increase the cleaning frequency of the machines
