OBSERVED EMPLOYEE DRINKS BEING STORED ON SHELVING RACK ACROSS FROM COOK LINE AND NEXT TO ICE BATH. CA: AREAS DESIGNATED FOR EMPLOYEES TO DRINK SHALL BE LOCATED SO THAT FOOD AND FOOD EQUIPMENT IS PROTECTED FROM CONTIMINATION. COS: PIC MOVED EMPLOYEE DRINKS TO APPROVED DESIGNATED AREA AND ALL DRINKS WERE PLACED IN SINGLE-US CUPS WITH LIDS AND STRAWS.
