Observed ice in handwash sink at server station and strainer in handwash sink at bar.

Observed open bags of bread on storage shelf. Observed prep-top cooler lids stored on floor and then placed on top of cooler. PIC moved cooler lids to dish pit and sanitized cooler.

Observed no temperature measuring device for dish machines.
