Observed preptop with TCS foods holding above 41F including lettuce 50F, coleslaw 53F, sliced cheese 55F, and sliced tomato 51F./PIC discarded all items and placed foods in an icebath until unit can be repaired.

Observed handsink beside raw chicken prep-top blocked by trashcan./PIC moved item
