Provide thermometer in reachin fridge. Did not observe any type of thermometer for monitoring food temperatures
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(p) - warewashing equipment, determining chemical sanitizer concentration (pf)
No test strips for sanitizer in 3 compartment sink.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Store all items 6" off of the floor, including mops and brooms.
