At time of inspection, one of the freezers in the storage area observed not freezing properly (items had begun to thaw - juice cup observed at 29.5 degrees F, sausage observed at 25 degrees F). COS: PIC removed items from the freezer. Items that were still frozen were moved to another freezer. Items that had begun to thaw were moved to a reach-in cooler and PIC states she plans to use them tomorrow. PIC states the freezer will not be used, until the unit has been checked and the unit is confirmed to be capable of maintaining items frozen.
