Room 260: Live roaches in dresser drawer. Dead roaches, egg cases, and debris in kitchenette drawers. Dead roaches on floor. Contact pest control service for treatment and clean after complete. Seal exterior door to prevent pest entry
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Rooms 127, 226: Worn and rusted microwaves. Room 162: Multiple rusted furnishings (lamp, light fixture over sink, clothes rack). Debris in nightstand drawer. Room 260: Loose electrical outlet in kitchenette. Lamp rusted. Repair or replaced damaged and rusted fixtures. Clean furnishings
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Rooms 162, 260: Stained and torn sheets. Room 162: Small areas of black material (possible mold or mildew) on fitted sheet. Clean or replace bedsheets as needed. Room 260: Dead roach (small juvenile) on sheet

Room 162: Wall by tub not clean, black spots. Room 260: Damaged bathroom wall and rusted bathroom door frame. Bathroom sink not clean. Clean and repair bathrooms and fixtures
22 - approved leak proof containers covered, in proper location, clean, and maintained; collection adequate
Regulation: 511-6-2-.12(3) - garbage and refuse container cleaning
Dumpster area not clean and numerous items (wooden pallets, tires, boxes, and bike) beside and behind dumpster. Remove/dispose of excess items in dumpster area and clean debris on ground around dumpster

Rooms 162, 260: Exterior door to room not sealed (exterior light visible around door when closed).

Rooms 162, 210, 226, 260: Damaged walls including chipped and peeling and scraped/scuffed areas. Room 260: Brown material with hair stuck to wall by ironing board. Clean and repair walls, may require repainting some areas

At time of inspection, observed absence of anti-slip mats/appliques in the tubs/showers in all rooms inspected. Install mats or appliques in the bottom of tubs, to prevent guests slipping (if using mats, ensure they are removed and cleaned/sanitized between guests, at minimum)
