At time of inspection, observed lack of paper towel (empty dispenser) at the handwashing sink in the restroom. COS: PIC placed some napkins at the handwashing sink (PIC states they have run out of paper towels and have ordered more). A hand drying provision (paper towel / hand dryer) must be present at all handwashing sinks.

At time of inspection, observed absence of sanitizer present for sanitizing clean, rinsed dishes/utensils/equipment. PIC states they normally use bleach as sanitizer, but someone (perhaps housekeeping) must have taken the bleach jug from underneath the warewashing sink. PIC states she will acquire more bleach today, to properly sanitize all dishes/utensils/equipment used for this morning's breakfast.
