Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(11)(h) - (h) access gates shall also comply with the requirements of this rule and shall be equipped to accommodate a locking device. barrier gates shall open away from the pool in facilities constructed after adoption of this chapter. pedestrian access gates
observed one of the gates not closing without force, car backed into it and shifted it so it wouldnt close. CA-pool operator will repair gate and call for another inspection once done. pool will not open until gate is repaired.

Observed free chlorine being too high. Free chlorine was so high the sample turned purple. C/a combined chlorine levels were also high, so the pool must be drained a little and refilled to lower the level.
Observed pH below 7. C/a Drain the pool and refill with proper chemicals, use less chlorine.
