observed no date marking on tub of coleslaw in walk in cooler. CA-dispose of, mark all prepped food items and use/dispose of within 7 days of prep date.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

observed items at prep top cooler not covered. CA-place covering over food items while not actively being used to help maintain proper cold holding and prevent any potential contamination from occurring. observed bag of lettuce on floor of walk in cooler. cos-removed and placed in appropriate location.
