observed turkey, roast beef, lettuce, cucumber in reach in cooler and some items on prep top cooler >41 degrees F. cos-disposed of, ca-keep cooler closed more often, temp. more often and remove items close to 41 and rotate with items in walk in cooler.

observed green peppers in walk in cooler with disposal date of 01/10/2026, CA-dispose of prior to discard date.
