4 - water clarity: main drains clearly visible
Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(d) - (d) the water turbidity is such that the suction outlet/main drain cover or a standard white marker tile on the bottom of the deepest portion of the pool cannot be seen.
Observed that water appeared cloudy.CA clean pool so that bottom drains are clear to see from the edge of the pool.
