Observed improper vertical separation of raw in shell eggs over fresh and ready to eat vegetables. COS, no apparent sign of contamination and all eggs were intact. Eggs moved to a correct shelf by owner.

Observed RIC #1 holding at 45f. Appears to be icing/freezing up. COS TCS (only Cooked Cabbage) foods allowed to be moved to RIC #2 by owner. Per owner, the TCS foods were added that morning. The rest were whole vegetables or drinks. Let cooler defrost and check temps. Repair if needed.
