Puddling water by the 3-compartment sink, leak observed on one of the elbows beneath the sink. CA: Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair against leaks. Correct within 72 hours.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Excessive moisture in leading to wood wall near the dish machine to rot and be eaten away at. Multiple areas throughout the kitchen have bare wood showing due to paint peeling. There is a hole in the ceiling above the washing machine with insulation or wood flakes falling out of it. Observed very mold-like substance on the exterior of the ceiling in the dish room, spreading from one end to the other. CA: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be clean and in good repair. Issues with the moisture in the dishwash area need to be addressed immediately. Plan of action in place and time frame of repair has been set so that it will be completed within a month. Materials for replacement have been purchased and are on site. They will replace the ceiling and walls in sections over 1-2 weeks. On days where no operation will take place. EH will be contacted when sections are completed.
