Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Spray bottle of Windex observed bearing no label. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: Solution disposed of voluntarily by owner instead of labeling.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(i) - service sinks, numbers and capacities (c)
Mop sink has been removed from building. CA: At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. Toilets and urinals may not be used as a service sink for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. New mop sink shall be installed within 1 week with both hot and cold running water under pressure and proper plumbing into sewage disposal method, facility may not operate without it.
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed
Observed the water from the mop and hand sink running directly onto the ground outside instead of into the septic system. CA: Sewage shall be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system or other system, including use of sewage transport vehicles, waste retention tanks, pumps, pipes, hoses, and connections that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. Correct within 1 week.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Ceiling in the women's restrooms has a couple of missing ceiling tiles. Floor, walls and ceilings shall be maintained in good repair and clean. Correct within 72 hours.
