Observed flow meter not working. b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications. Per CPO, a new flow meter is scheduled to installed.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
Observed skimmer basket missing (x4) and one in need in cleaning. Per CPO, the baskets have been scheduled to be ordered by the project manager.
37 - other violations of the chapter
Observed low alkalinity level in pool. EHS informed PIC of the need to balance the water chemistry.
