Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Yogurt, milk, butter, and cream cheese was discarded by PIC. Cooler temperature is reading 54 F on cooler temperature gauge. PIC stated cooler was defrosted yesterday and may not have been set to the correct temperature. Discussed items must maintain 41 F or below and not to use cooler until temperature maintains 41 F or below.
